How can I get in touch with you?
The fastest way to reach us is via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We answer e-mails Monday-Friday during business hours.
How does shipping work?
We ship worldwide from Vancouver, Canada. Orders will ship within 5 business days. We ship via Canada Post, and when applicable, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day of shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Customers in Canada and the USA get free shipping when you spend over $40 (USD).
How long will my order take to get to me?
The following delivery times are approximate*:
Local (Vancouver, Canada): 3 days
Regional (British Columbia): up to 6 days
National (Canada): up to 10 days
United States: up to 10 days
International: up to 10 days
*Postal services worldwide are experiencing widespread delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays that may occur in transit. Please expect delays of up to 6 weeks for international packages.
Will I be charged import duties or taxes on my order?
Orders shipped within Canada and the US are duty free. For shipments travelling outside of Canada and the United States, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be charged to you upon delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can pick up at our shipping location in East Vancouver. If you are in British Columbia, you will be able to select our pick-up option at checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. When your order is ready, an e-mail will be sent to you with our pickup address and instructions.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final. If you have recieved an incorrect item or there is a mistake with your order, please e-mail email@example.com and we will make things right!
Who made your products?
Our swag was designed by Josie Adams of Hey Miss Designs. Read more about this collaboration here.
Our tote bags were produced in India by Work + Shelter. Read more about them here.
Our t-shirts were cut and sewn in the USA and printed in Canada. Printing was done by Artik. The blanks were sourced from Bella + Canvas, a WRAP certified manufacturer that is transparent about their supply chain.
Our enamel pins are made in the USA by True Metal Works.
What about your packaging?
We are committed to keeping our packaging as low waste and sustainable as possible! Our mailers and boxes that are either compostable, or made with 100% recycled content. Our tissue paper is recyclable or compostable. Hangtags and cards are printed on recycled cardstock.
